  • Explore the healing path of yoga therapy. Hannah is in a 3 year program to become a yoga therapist. She is now taking clients at her lowest rate as she learns and practices the art of yoga cikitsa. Healing the mind + body through yoga.

  • Move cyclically with the power of cycle coaching. Hannah is becoming level 1 menstrual cycle coach certified and looks forward to guiding you mindfully along the journey of your menstrual cycle or wherever you are at in your connection to your body and the moon.

  • "Before I started coaching with Hannah, I was dabbling in spirituality but was still uncomfortable fully embracing it. I was severely depressed, anxious, and unmotivated. I was dealing with PTSD, a sick family member, and an unhealthy relationship. I felt trapped and did not know where to go or who to turn to for help. I felt so uncomfortable in my skin and would dread the day ahead every morning. As I began working with Hannah 1:1, I slowly started to shed the unrealistic standards that had been projected on me from the world and my family.
